THE JADE

For our third year undergraduate studio design project, we developed a conceptual design in Allegiant Stadium District. The Jade Boutique Hotel & Spa is created with extreme attention to detail comprised of character, service, individuality, and gastronomy. With fewer rooms, there is more recognition for guest satisfaction & a divine experience. The atrium was the main drive for the design, creating a separation of spaces while keeping circulation continuous.

Constant greenery throughout the hotel provides health & enviromental benefits while adding to the hotel aesthetic. An interactive and inclusive experience awaits at The Jade Boutique Hotel & Spa.
